We ship orders 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday. Any order placed in weekend will be processed on the next Monday. Usually it takes up to 48 hrs to process the shipping. If you have any custom pieces or made-to-order items in your order, it may require extra time(1-4 weeks on avg.) to make before shipping. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your tracking number is ready. You may also sign in and track the status of your order through your Ghetluxe account. If you want to know your custom order processing status you can contact support for updates and estimated shipping date.
After a order is shipped, it usually takes 5-12 business days to deliver with standard shipping. Orders over $40 will get free shipping. Orders below $40 will be charged the flat rate of $3.95 to $5.95 depending on different countries.
Also, we offer paid DHL Express options for US customers from $9.99 to $24.99 which usually delivers in 3-5 business days after shipping.
