my necklace is covered under the policy. However, I am not sure why I am only being offered $30 refund. I believe I should be reimbursed for the full amount of the necklace, which is $130.00. I understand that the other items in the order are not covered, but I know that the necklace should be covered in full. The material is cheap

I love this tennis chain! It is well-priced & good quality. The clasp is nice & snug & super secure. I haven't taken it off once since I got it! It seemed too good to be true so I actually bought a diamond tester to make sure it was real. I wear it with several other necklaces but it looks great on its own too- can be dressed up or down. A definite staple piece! Seller was responsive when I had questions & shipped in a timely manner. Highly recommend!
