SHIPPING POLICY

We ship orders 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday. Any order placed in weekend will be processed on the next Monday. Usually it takes up to 48 hrs to process the shipping. If you have any custom pieces or made-to-order items in your order, it may require extra time(1-4 weeks on avg.) to make before shipping. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your tracking number is ready. You may also sign in and track the status of your order through your Ghetluxe account. If you want to know your custom order processing staus you can contact support for updates and estimated shipping date.

Processing & Delivery Times
Our normal processing window is 1–2 business days, and standard transit is 5–7 business days. However, due to recent changes in U.S. import tariff policy, orders may take longer to process and clear customs. Please allow additional time.

  • Shipments to Puerto Rico may require additional payment and shipping time.
  • In the event that your order cannot be shipped or the shipping time is delayed to due to product out of stock, you will be contacted by one of our customer service representatives.
  • Ready-for-shipping items will be processed and shipped within 2 business days. Our fulfillment center is close on weekends and all major holidays.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears suspicious or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to proper authorities.

During peak seasons or extended customs processing, your order may take a bit longer—so we recommend ordering early to ensure timely arrival.
