Do with your design Custom Order Deposit (Non Refundable)

1. Tell us how you would like your pendant to look. The more details the better. Information including:

• High quality photo or images that shows the pattern or design you want
• The size of the pendant you want
• Materials you want(We offer copper base with real gold plating + CZ stone, sterling silver base + real gold plating+CZ stone, and sterling silver base with real gold plating + moissanite). 
• The bail size, what is the chain width you want the pendant to go through.
• Any other additional requirements you have. Such as, if you want to add any engravement on the back.

2. Leave your contact email that we can reach. We need this information to discuss the detail design with you. Once we confirm the design, we will move forward and start the making of the jewelry.

3. The $300 deposit will go towards the total cost of your custom piece. This secures a few important things that we will need including our time with jewelry designers and full 3D C4D drawings. You will receive a new invoice to pay for the rest of your order once you received the C4D preview file of the pendant. As soon as the full amount is paid, we will start working on the produce of the pendant.

 **Please note custom pendants take about 4-8 weeks to confirm the designs, and 1-2 additional weeks to make the pendant.

Chain Size Reference

We ship orders 5 days a week, Monday to Friday. Any order placed in weekend will be processed on the next Monday. Usually it takes up to 48 hrs to process the shipping.

We offer 7-12 business days standard delivery. Orders over $40 will get free shipping. Orders below $40 will be charged the flat rate of $3.95 to $5.95 depending on different countries.

Also, we offer paid DHL Express options for US customers from $9.99 to $24.99 which usually delivers in 3-5 business days after shipping.
