Necklace broke first time wearing

I got the necklace for an event and ordered it early so it would be there in time. Had the necklace on maybe an hour and the necklace broke at the clasp it was so embarrassing… contacted their customer support to see if they could repair it or I send it back to get another one, was told that since I bought it over a month ago that I could not get a refund and it was unable to be fixed and that I could buy another one! Why would I spend another $200 on something that broke in an hour or wearing and then them not doing nothing to make it right! I bought a bracelet as well that I wear every day and it didn’t break think the necklace was just made not right. I wouldn’t buy anything from this company… run!
