This is my 4th piece of jewelry I have ordered from Ghetluxe, and I must say they do not disappoint. The first item i ordered was the M pendant. I’ve had it about a year now and love it. I wear it every day, I shower in it and it still looks new. I love the way the M pendant held up, that it led me to order this lovely Monique M heart pendant. I must say, when i opened the box I was surprised how beautiful it was. I only wished the big M was more defined like the other pendant. Overall, I’m a happy customer and will continue to buy new items from Ghetluxe.

Customer service was not great

Got a custom pendant not long ago had a stone fall out in less the 2 weeks after having it messaged company was asked to send pics I did they saw the picture and have been leaving me on read for 4 days now so guess I gotta come to make a negative review to get a response out of these guys
