We are committed to total customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with an item it may be returned within 30 days less Shipping & Handling charge. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org prior to making any return.
- Products must be returned in new, unworn condition with tags attached.
- There will be a 15% restocking fee for all qualifiable refunds unless goods are defective or damaged in shipping.
- Shipping charges will not be refunded unless products are defective or there is a shipping error.
- We do not accept returns on Grillz and Earrings.
- Please contact email@example.com for return confirmation and return center address. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
- When returning items, customers must return with trackable tracking. Returns with no tracking will not be processed.
- Any promotional gifts or free items must also be included when returning the order. Otherwise, the original price of the gift or free item will be deducted from the refund.
- Final sale items are not refundable or exchangeable.
- Personallized items, including custom pendants, custom photo necklace, and engraved products, are non-refundable after 24 hrs since order is placed.
- Items have been worn, damaged or altered are not applicable for refund.
Refunds will processed within 7 business days upon the receipt of returned package. The refund can only be issued through the original payment method or in the form of our store credit as you selected.
*Please note, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.
